All potential staff wanting to work for GS Social Care Solutions undertake a stringent registration process. Application forms are only accepted when completed to a high standard with all candidates required to account for any gaps in employment. If candidates are successful in interview they will still undergo a complex registration process including professional and character references, suitability letters and a full Enhanced DBS disclosure which will be renewed every three years. They must sign to say they agree to all terms and that they are willing to follow all of our policies and procedures that are in place.

A Dignity Champion is someone who believes passionately that being treated with dignity is a basic human right, not an optional extra. They believe that care services must be compassionate, person centred, as well as efficient, and are willing to try to do something to achieve this. So far over 80,000 people have signed up to be Dignity Champions, all pledging to challenge poor care, to act as good role models and, through specific guidelines issued by the campaign, to educate and inform all those working around them.
