    Here at GS Social Care Solutions Ltd, we ensure that all our staff go through rigorous and complex training programmes before commencing employment. 


    All workers undertake a selection of face to face training modules and also a variety of online topics that cover everything you need to know about being a support worker. We also have an induction session, where we cover our policies and procedures along with other vital key information.


    All our members of staff will be completed to a Level 2 Health and Social Care level. If you do not previously have this qualification, you are required to complete a care certificate before employment. The care certificate is a set of 15 standards that sets out the knowledge skills and behaviours expected by our staff.


    Some of our modules will be annually refreshed to ensure all our staff members are constantly developing their knowledge and skills.
