All of our staff have their own log in to QCS (www.qcs.co.uk) this is an online portal which stores and updates all of our policies, you will receive regular emails with as and when any policies are updates, be sure to check these!

Employee of the month
Each month in our office staff meetings we look through all the votes from yourselves, office staff, social workers, families and carers and announce our support staff employee of the month. We also do employee of the quarter for office staff which you can have your say in!
You can vote for this at any point, all votes must be inline with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry - Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive or Well Led. Download the forms and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or pop in the office and ask for a nomination form!
We run monthly drop in for people to discuss directly with Rebecca Heyes (our Registered Manager) any concerns, compliments or complaints. This is not instead of the usual complaint policy but is an addition.
These session run on the 1st Thursday of every month.
