All of our staff have their own log in to QCS (www.qcs.co.uk). This is an online portal which stores and updates all of our policies, you will receive regular emails with as and when any policies are updates, be sure to check these!

OPEN DOOR POLICY

We run an open door policy for people to discuss directly with Rebecca Heyes (our Registered Manager) about any concerns, compliments or complaints. This is not instead of the usual complaint policy but is an addition. We welcome our employees' opinions as their views could help improve our business even further!
